We have a close team on site, and the volunteers very much become part of it during their stay

The island of Malapascua is small, but still with plenty to see!

Every year we run a number of 'Eco-Hero' summer camps to make learning about the marine environment fun for the local children

One of our key projects has been to conduct Crown of Thorns removal to prevent further damage to the reef.

Our work with the Department of Philippines Department of Education involves us teaching environmental education to grade 5 classes.

Our office is on the beach, giving a place to wind down at the end of the day.

Malapascua is of course world famous for the regular encounters you can have with Thresher sharks!

As part of our biodiversity programme, we install and monitor reef structure with in partnership with local fisherman

Volunteers help monitor the local seagrass beds, a critical marine habitat

Our homestay programme has developed additional income for households, as well as many new friends.
