Are Canadians eligible for the program or do I need to be an American citizen for the program?

I do believe Canadians are eligible for this program. I personally didn’t meet anyone from Canada, but I did meet many people from other countries like Japan, Sweden, and many more. Seeing as there were many people of nationalities other than American, I assume this wouldn’t exclude Canada (also the fact that there are EF programs in Canada).
