The Skype call is just a very casual chat so we can discuss your skills and where they would be best placed, and also what you would like to gain from the experience. In general, volunteers have a lot of questions about the program so it is also an opportunity for you to have any queries you may have answered.
We don't expect you to prepare anything, we simply take it as an opportunity to get to know the volunteers and vice versa so we can make sure that you placed in the most appropriate program, housing etc. if you decide to accept a placement.
