What all requiremens do I need for this job?

I am currently studying a marketing degree and would like to know that after I have my degree what further courses I would have to do in order to attend this program in Japan? Thank you

You have to have either CELTA or TrinityTESOL (no experience required), or 120+hr TEFL and 2 yrs teaching/training/tutoring experience.

For Japan you need at least a 120-hour TEFL with 6 hours practicum (TEFL certificates below 120 hours require 3 months experience), CELTA, DELTA, or Trinity certTESOL. You also need a bacheler's degree in any field, and provide a criminal background check.
