Do I need to be a native English speaker?

I am interested in a 6 week teaching job you offer in Italy. Although I am not an English speaker and come from Poland, I have a CAE in English (grade A) and I am looking forward to beginning my studies at University of Cambridge or University of St Andrews this year. Is there a possibility for me to become a part of your programme despite not being a native English speaker? I will be very grateful for an answer.
To apply for a tutor position, you need to be a Native English speaker. For a Camp Director position you don't need to be a Native English speaker.
