Can I apply without a degree certificate?

I have completed my degree in May but will not graduate until July 20th. Thus at the moment I do not have my degree certificate. Can I still apply or will I have to wait until I obtain my University certificate?

You can still apply to work with HESS, but you will have to have the certificate by the time you come to Taiwan. Let your "Overseas Advisor" know your situation.
Due to company policy and government visa requirements, only those who have completed a 4-year bachelor's degree or above, or a 2-year associates degree with a TEFL/CELTA certification are granted work permits.
