Hi Tonya great to hear from you! On this trip, you volunteer with a local school program in Andahuaylilas, a small village in the hills just outside of Cusco. You will spend about three afternoons volunteering with the children. You will also visit an all boys home and experience a shamanic ritual, visit the homes of local women for a cooking class and a workshops making Peruvian dolls. Aside from the purposeful elements, you will explore Cusco on a historic tour, and of course spend a day visiting Machu Picchu! If you opt for our extension, we take you by horseback to Rainbow Mountain.
