Is there flexibility of time in the summer months? What is the deadline for application for Summer 2016, if that time is still an option?

Is there flexibility of time in the summer months? What is the deadline for application for Summer 2016, if that time is still an option?
The minimum period combined with Spanish courses is one month. The program is totally flexible.
