The volunteer program fee paid once you get in Bali during the program orientation.

Hey, good choice.
You pay it in person. Once you have reached and settle down, they will ask you to pay for it. They dont rush for the payment as you are a volunteer helping them out. Above everything else, have fun and enjoy!
