This was my last day in Ghana right before I left for the airport. We exchanged gifts here. It was such an emotional departure for me.
I came in from school and Mom insisted I try to turn the banku (like fufu, but the consistency is different. Banku is not my favorite). It was pretty hard trying to turn it. It takes some muscles!
On this night, I was showing them how to prepare stir fry. They were helping me cut up the vegetables. That was one of my favorite nights because we were all at the table for dinner and they really liked the stir fry.
