I recommend Dux TEFL

My name is Grace I recently decided to switch to online tutoring and I took the Dux 180-hour combined TEFL/TESOL course. It was a great experience, the modules were intensively educative and insightful, I learned a lot and I am completing it confident that I would do very well in this new industry and career path I am charting. I recommend this platform to anyone who wishes to change careers, build their resume, self-develop, work remotely, or move to a new country. It would help you land that remote teaching job that you require.

DUX TEFL/TESOL course review

I sincerely recommend the DuxTEFL/TESOL course to all new aspirants. The course content though broad, is very concise, straightforward but mostly full of value and worth. Yet the offers per course are quite affordable.
I have gained so much knowledge and insights pertaining to the English Language teaching industry. The assessments at the end of most chapters enables you to test your level of understanding hence; the drive to boost efforts.
Even more encouraging is the website being easily navigable. so if you're still wondering which course to enroll for in order to begin your journey of teaching English be it online or overseas, Dux TEFL got you covered!

Definitely worth it

I was very skeptical at first to pay for the course as it's quite a lot of money in South African Rands, even with the special, but I'm so glad that I did.

The course covers a lot more information and material than I initially thought it would and it also explained a lot of things I was wondering about with regard to online teaching. This course is definitely for someone who isn't sure whether they want to take the plunge of the Diploma as it introduces you to everything you'll need to know and help you decide whether online teaching ill be the right fit for you.

Pros
  • Fully online
  • Self-Paced
  • Understandable

It’s worth the try

When I decided to get my TEFL certificate my reasons were all wrong but after doing the course I realised that this is more than just about money, this is about changing someone life for the better. It’s about impacting a real person. That we will not just be teaching people for the sake of teaching but rather we will be impacting the learners lives that we teach. I learnt that these learners will come from different homes and backgrounds and the important thing is to show them respect and love

Pros
  • Insightful knowledge
  • Fun
  • Worth the try
Cons
  • A lot of studying
  • Time consuming
  • A lot of work

Fantastic!

This course was fantastic! I will make sure that all my teachers take this course. It is clear and sets teachers up for success! Thanks!
It clearly sets you up for success in the classroom- it helps outline how you should prepare for classes, manage a classroom, different strategies for different ages etc. I definitely feel more prepared now after taking the class. I enjoyed it so much, I am considering taking the next 60hr class as well! I feel like it will be equally as beneficial to my career. Worth the time invested!

Dux tefl review

I finished 120hr tefl /tesol and it’s very helpful in my job. I got my Dux tefl/tesol with an affordable price yet with an outstanding learning. In addition, I also got my hard copy certificate fresh from UK and I was able to use it now as an additional credentials for my working job. This is legit and they are very responsive with my inquiry. Thank you so much Dux tefl for giving this opportunity to let myself explore and soar. This experience helps me boost my confidence and character. I am very happy to have this.

Pros
  • Easy to access
  • Reliable
  • Legit

Dux TESOL/TEFL

I was looking for a TESOL/TEFL course to help aid my CV abroad. At first I was hired without a certificate, but for my CV to stand out in the future [as well as for me to have studied and received official documentation as well as make more money!], I desired to complete a course. Honestly, Dux doesn't have a big online presence especially on Instagram so I was skeptical at first. I started with the 60 Hour training to get a taste of what it would be like. Dux pretty much fit into exactly what I needed - flexibility and a good value for my money with where I am in my life right now. I then dedicated a summer to complete the 120 Hour training. The lesson material was simple to follow and easy to pick back up when I spent some time away. I like being able to see the curriculum and chapter breakdowns as I went along. Some constructive criticism I will provide is that there is some bits of redundancy 'be sure' 'remember' 'ensure' 'always ensure' 'always remember' 'it is good to know' 'it is beneficial for you to understand' but this is just my opinion and in no way hindered what I had set out to accomplish. This course left me feeling empowered, encouraged and motivated for this career shift that is TESOL/TEFL. Since I have already had 1 year teaching abroad experience, I found most of this information to be true, helpful and will only aid me in being better next year!

Pros
  • Value for money
  • Easy to follow
  • Encouraging
Cons
  • Some redundant vocabulary in lessons

The Dux Tefl/Tesol course is very good.Try it yourself!

This course explained the learning material at it's best. After completing this course there should be no questions on your mind regarding what/how/where to teach, whether it is online or abroad. This course in my opinion only had 1 flaw which is in the quizzes. Some of the questions asked in the quizzes were according to me irrelevant and the way i perceived it unnecessary to know regarding the learning work privided. These questions were only far and few as the majority was relevant to me.This course is also well laid out and is also structured in a perfect way!

Pros
  • The way the learning material was explained
  • The quizzes was fun!
  • The learning material was explained in such depth!
Cons
  • I only have 1.The fact that i did not expect that some questions in the quizzes would be irrelevant ACCORDING TO ME.
