I’ve had a great experience working in BFITS! The company culture is incredibly supportive and collaborative.The management is transparent and always open to feedback. I have nothing but good words to describe my journey with the BFITS team over the past two years. I started as a cover teacher for 2 months before being offered a regular teaching position. Having been in Thailand for over five years and worked with four different agencies, I can confidently say that BFITS sets the bar high in terms of the benefits and services they provide to their teachers. I'm excited to share my positive experience teaching science at Thammasat KhlongLuang Wittayakhom School under BFITS Thailand. The students are not only eager to learn but also show a genuine passion for science, which makes teaching them a joy. The Science team works together so well, creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment. My co-teachers in other subjects have been wonderful partners, helping to create interdisciplinary connections that really enrich our students' education. Our head teacher Ms. Dina and coordinator Ms. Koi provide exceptional leadership and support, making sure both teachers and students have everything they need to succeed. It's truly a privilege to be part of such a dedicated and inspiring community.

I am immensely grateful for this organization for serving me worthwhile experiences in my teaching career. They have such a very established support system wherein workers received tremendous amount of help in carrying out their teaching duties. They are responsive to your needs. They will provide you all kinds of support from preparing teaching materials, sending you to trainings, giving advices and guidance on certain areas, processing your working papers, and a lot more. Secondly, compensation is good and discrimination-free. They will offer you great package of compensation for your hard work without any reference to your race or ethnicity. The working environment they create is inclusive and discrimination-free. This is highly recommended.
