The above program was an outstanding program and I would recommend it to any individual who wants to pursue a career in ESL teaching or tutoring, whether doing it abroad or online. The course material was very easy to understand and read in the method that it was presented. The videos at the beginning of each unit provided an excellent overview of what was contained in each unit. When I needed them customer service was readily available to provide me with the help that I needed.
