Twenty four Canadian high school students spent two time in Nepal, working in a small village in the foothills of the Himalayas. Brick-work was not a skill that any of these students possessed previously but after a week, they've all become comfortable and the team regularly lays 2000 bricks per day. With this many students, plus local workers and staff, a school comes into existence where previously there was just an empty space. The students leave with a new appreciation for life in the mountains and with memories of new friends, new places and new experiences. We'll be back!
