TEFL In-class Program 120 Hrs.

I learnt a lot from this course. Starting from the warmers , context setting , lesson planning , coolers activities and games while conducting the training .
In first week I learnt the learners challenges and their perspectives of English language.
Our trainer Ms June put us in the shoes of learners by activity of SETSWANA language which we were unaware. With this activity I learnt the challenges of learning a foreign language for a non native speaker. I learnt emphasis of warmers in the starting of the class.
After the first teaching practice I realised that how tough is class room management.
This is when board management came into picture and helped a lot to improve my teaching skills.
Other aids like flash cards , listening audio clips really helped me a lot.
