You get to do things that most people can't experience ever in their life you also get the chance to meet people from other countries and backgrounds and cultures, you also get to experience activities that will have an impact on your life as this gap year allows you to experience and overcome some fears as well as alow you to achieve goals such as weight loss or to become more stronger, agile etc.
