The course material was very interesting and accessible. The ticket system works well but perhaps there should be something else put in place like a tutor to email for assistance or any admin or short questions. Quizzes at the end of the course could be more challenging and clearer or more examples could be provided for the big assignments as this is very nerve-wracking when completing the assignment.
