Professional teachers, friendly environment, good results

My studies at IMCPI left only positive feelings. I tried learning mandarin before, when I just arrived in Shanghai 4 years ago, but dropped it quickly because the language seemed to be too complicated. Now that I got some basics from my wife and daily life in China, I decided to give it another try and came to IMCPI.
First of all, IMCPI offered me a cool opportunity to choose teacher by myself, they offered trial classes with 3 different teachers and then I chose one whom I liked most.
Studying plan was well oulined but still, before every class my teacher asked if I have some particular topics that I would like to cover in addition to main materials. She was very attentive and kind, we spoke a lot during classes, and this helped me get confidence in basic speaking quite quickly.
Still I was missing communication with other students, it would be great if IMCPI created more activities where students could meet, practice language and just have fun.
Now I am at HSK 2, and it is enough for me to feel ok in daily life. Thank you IMCPI and especially teacher Wu for your proficiency and patience!
