English Teaching Experience

I absolutely loved my time at Green Lion in Bali. The staff were friendly, helpful and made you feel right at home. I spent 5 weeks on the programme, and I would highly recommend the Introduction week to experience the local culture such as a cooking class & traditional batik painting. Introduction week also gave me the opportunity to bond with the other new volunteers. The food was really good, with a good choice of western and Indonesian meals, and they provided a free shuttle to ubud centre in the evenings. I taught grade 6 which was very rewarding and I enjoyed the lesson planning.
I recommend booking with IVHQ as they made my life so much easier, the documents and information they provide prior to the trip is exceptional.
Can’t wait to do it again!
