Participating in the 120-Hour TESOL/TEFL program improved my teaching skills. I learned new methods and ways of motivating and engaging the students. There are also so many useful teaching tips in this program. Although I was aware of the teaching of language skills to the students, I got so much beneficial information for improving their language skills. There is also useful information about class management and how to motivate the students. I believe that applying all the new knowledge and practice I got from this program, will make an amazing impact in my teaching.
