The curriculum was very difficult. The trick questions were unnecessary and much of the content was not relatable for Online teaching
Support was non existent , the dashboard difficult to access and then I was logged out permanently and have now lost all my work.
Will not recommend this course.
Nobody responded to my emails
and I was unable to log in for 2 months and then was surprised to learn the course had expired. Do not falsely promote the fact your staff are always on hand , when they are not.

in future you need to remind course participants that they have 6 months to complete the course , which is ridiculous and further more I could not log on for 2 months as no one has emailed me back .
