My Amazing Shadowing Experience in Burgos, Spain

This experience was life-changing! I had the opportunity to observe various surgeries and procedures with the nephrology and general surgery units at HUBU. The doctors were extremely nice and excited to have us come and shadow. I was nervous about taking a trip with other students I didn't know but I truly loved everyone I met and had an amazing trip! It was a cool way to practice my Spanish and learn more about medicine! The housing was also nice because it was close to the bus we took every morning to the hospital. The housing was also near La Plaza Mayor with many amazing shops and eateries!
