Empowered Learning in a Collaborative Environment

Working as an intern in penetration testing, this has made my experience unique; the reason being due to this collaborative team environment. Support and sharing knowledge within a team helped me a lot during my learning process. I appreciated how open each one was to questions and eager to help anyone to further improvement.

This will also help future participants understand that they get to learn more by practically experiencing things rather than merely reading about them. The more exposure I got to a variety of situations and advice from experienced professionals the greater the learning on both personal and professional levels. I would like to recommend to future interns that they should be more interactive, ask for help whenever needed, and not miss any opportunity to learn whatsoever.
