Building Motivation and Engagement: A TESOL/TEFL Course Reflection

I’m really glad I completed the 120-Hour TESOL/TEFL course. It provided me with a comprehensive understanding of language teaching methodologies and classroom management strategies. The course materials were clear and practical, which made it easy to apply the knowledge in real teaching scenarios. I feel more confident in my ability to teach English as a second language and engage with students effectively, moreover I am a teacher of German language. Overall, it was an excellent learning experience that opened up new opportunities in my teaching career.The most interesting topics for me in the 120-Hour TESOL/TEFL course were motivation and how to create a fun and engaging learning environment. I learned effective strategies to keep students motivated and make the classroom more dynamic. These topics were especially valuable as they helped me think about teaching in a more creative and student-centered way.
