I’m very grateful to every member of the Star Exchange team

I completed the three-month Au Pair in China program with Star Exchange, and the entire experience went incredibly smoothly. As someone who had never visited an Asian country before, I was quite apprehensive about going to China. However, after signing up, the team at Star Exchange quickly connected with me, providing a detailed explanation of the program. They also addressed concerns I hadn’t even thought of, like how some people in China might be curious about foreigners walking down the street. I really appreciated their honesty and directness, as it helped me mentally prepare for the experience. They also took the time to understand my expectations for the host family, guiding me through what was essential and what was more flexible. Thanks to this, they matched me with a wonderful host family, who are incredibly kind and welcoming—I love them so much!

The training provided by Star Exchange was also invaluable. It was face-to-face, and their team went into detail on all the important aspects of caring for children, as well as teaching me practical skills for starting life in China, like how to recharge my subway card. The training was highly professional and truly beneficial.

Overall, I’m very grateful to every member of the Star Exchange team. I’m already planning to return to China with my family in the future.
