Six amazing months at KCP in Tokyo

I recently studied at KCP International for six months. In the past I have studied Japanese on my own, but over these six months I improved more than I had in years of self study. The teachers and other students were all great, constantly pushing me to become a better Japanese speaker. The KCP faculty made adjusting to KCP and Japan life easy. I had to study and do homework everyday after class, but it was never too much work. KCP classrooms are a mix of students from all over the world and taught in only Japanese. This environment allowed me to make friends with all kinds of people and use Japanese as much possible. KCP also has a school event every term. My first term it was a BBQ at a park and my second term it was a bus trip to Hakone. These excursions gave a nice break from normal class and allowed me to get to know the teachers and other students better. I hope to study at KCP again if I get the chance.
