This internship pushed me outside of my comfort zone

My internship through Go Abroad China gave me the real-world experience I was looking for. I was matched with a dynamic company where I wasn’t just observing—I was part of the team. I worked on projects that actually mattered and received constant feedback from professionals who genuinely wanted me to grow.

What stood out the most was how structured yet flexible the program was. GAC helped with everything: visa, housing, cultural activities, and even Mandarin lessons. I never felt lost. The support staff were always there when I had a question or just needed advice adjusting to the culture.

This internship pushed me outside of my comfort zone and helped me see my field—and myself—from a global perspective. I feel more prepared and more motivated for my future career than ever before.
