I have loved the past two summers working for Educo and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a unique teaching opportunity in Italy. The camps are both fun and rewarding; it’s a beautiful thing to see kids being inspired to speak English through games and silliness. The orientation week prepares you for your role as a tutor and gives you the opportunity to learn from a fantastic team of mentors. Meeting a diverse range of people from across the globe is another huge benefit to Educo and I’ve made so many wonderful friends through this experience. On top of this, staying with a host family each week gives you a truly authentic Italian experience as you feel welcomed into the culture and community.
