There are hundreds of companies that you can get a TEFL degree from so look elsewhere, but DO NOT USE Let's TEFL.
I paid for the course but it was not made available to me online for three days. I was given no communication as to why it was not available. I tried to reach them via chat three times and the automated reply always said no one was available but they would be in touch shortly. No one responded.
I sent emails and even set up a phone call with them for 9:30 am this morning and they blew the meeting off. I emailed them and asked why they didn't attend, again, no answer. I thought I was being scammed.
After constantly trying to contact them, my course suddenly appeared when I logged in to the same link this morning after they blew off our call, but it was not there for three days after I paid. To be stood up for a call I scheduled with them, to have no communication with me at all, despite how I tried is not only unprofessional, it reeks of scamming.
I do not trust this company and knowing that they will never answer any questions I have about the course, even though they advertise this support when you buy the class, is alarming. They are not telling the truth. You will NOT receive support. They will not contact you at all.
I warn anyone considering this course to look elsewhere. I don't understand why they are given good reviews because what they advertise for support is FALSE. I am going on all the forums where they were recommended to tell my story. Non-communication to paying customers is the worst thing you can do and makes people angry and suspicious.
