Worth the Work!

This course is very content rich and I would still recommend taking it, even if you're already a teacher. I currently work as a teacher for young students teaching reading and math, and there is still a lot of new content that I learned from this course. I worked a full-time job and had to committ to some late nights to stay with my schedule, but ultimately finished. It is definitely a time commitment, but if you are dedicated and organized, you will get it done. The staff are supportive, available, and there to help you grow! I personally received help for needing an extension to complete my practicum, and the staff were very kind and accomodating to make sure I had the time and resources to complete my hours. Assignments are graded in a timely fashion and you receive good feedback for how to improve. Don't be daunted by the 20-hour practicum; it was something I was very nervous about but ended up loving my experience and would do it again!
