My gap year with Go Abroad China

I wanted my gap year to be more than just traveling, and this program made it unforgettable. I spent time studying Chinese, doing volunteer projects, and interning, which gave me a well-rounded experience. The cultural activities—like cooking classes, calligraphy, and city tours—made me feel like I was really part of the community. I grew so much as a person, became more confident navigating new environments, and learned to appreciate a culture very different from my own. It was the perfect balance of education, work, and exploration.
