I would absolutely recommend Star Exchange to any young person who has just finished high school and wants to experience China. They truly put safety and quality first, which made me feel secure from the very beginning.

What impressed me most was that even their staff in China had mostly lived or studied in Europe. They genuinely understood the cultural differences that might feel uncomfortable at first—for example, the huge crowds, the sometimes overwhelming feeling of how many people there are, and the fact that, out of curiosity, some strangers on the street might quietly take photos of you or stare (even in Shanghai!). I’m really grateful for the honesty of the agency. From the very first video call to the training sessions, they consistently highlighted these cultural differences. That preparation was extremely helpful and gave me the mental readiness I needed. Thanks to their guidance, my time in China was not only safe but also one of the most enriching experiences of my life.
