The support was always very good and gets full marks in my book. They were polite and quick to respond to my emails. Interestingly, when I first contacted them, I used the query box on the contact page but it took them longer to reply than when I just emailed. Could be coincidence, of course! The content was clear and high quality and much better than I'd expected. Engagement was good at times but I got a bit bored of the avatar video lessons. In fairness, I shouldn't complain because the course I refunded before this had very few videos. The situation text learning was good but again a bit dry after doing it many times (there are a couple in each lesson). The value of the course was what attracted me and I wasn't disappointed. For everything that I got, this was a clear bargain and hence the 5 stars. If you doubled the price, would it still get 5 stars? Less convincingly for sure.
