Thinking of my startup as an engineer

i graduated from the university of Munich in Germany in 2024 and for about a year I took an internship in the Germany in a company of construction, but was never as practical as my recent experience in China with Go Abroad China. i enrolled in the program in September, 2025 and it has been just a week i returned back to Germany. I am thinking of starting my own startup instead of looking for a job, but i am sure after my experience and time in China there is %300 chance i can get a job here without any headaches.
