Growth, Support, and Opportunity

My experience with Interac has shown me that each placement is unique and can vary depending on the area and school. Like any large organization, there are both pros and cons. However, in my experience, the positives have consistently outweighed the challenges.

Even in my first year, I was recognized and given opportunities that helped shape me both professionally and personally. Throughout my journey, I have felt supported by office staff and fellow ALTs, and that sense of teamwork makes a meaningful difference.

One of the most motivating aspects of Interac is its in-house promotion system, which encourages growth and continuous improvement. When you put in the effort, your work is seen, recognized, and appreciated.

Overall, the support system and opportunities for advancement have made my longterm experience positive and rewarding.
