My experience in Chengdu was honestly unforgettable, and I would definitely give it 5 stars. I joined a 10-day campus in China, and it turned out to be much more than just a study trip—it was a mix of learning, discovery, and personal growth.

In the mornings, we had lessons that were interesting and interactive. The teachers were kind, patient, and always ready to help us, which made the classes feel relaxed and enjoyable. We didn’t just study the language, but also learned a lot about Chinese culture in a natural and engaging way.

What made the experience really special were the activities in the afternoon. Every day we explored something new, and I had the chance to visit amazing places like the Giant Buddha of Leshan, which was truly impressive, the People’s Park, where you can see local life, and the Chengdu Museum. I also loved visiting Du Fu’s cottage, a peaceful place full of history.

Some of the most exciting moments were watching the Sichuan Opera, with its incredible face-changing performance, and trying a kung fu class, which was both fun and challenging. One of the highlights was definitely the panda reserve, where I could see pandas up close. We also visited the ancient irrigation system, which showed how advanced Chinese engineering was even in the past.

Chengdu itself is a beautiful city, lively but also calm at the same time. What I enjoyed most was observing everyday life and meeting local people, who were always friendly and welcoming.

Of course, food was an important part of the experience. At first, the spicy dishes were a bit difficult for me, but after a few days I started to really enjoy them.
