About Program
The School is designed to offer a “full immersion” in user charges regulation of local public services (e.g. waste, water, public transport, district heating, sport facilities) and is mainly addressed to researchers, postgraduate and PhD students, representatives and officials of national and local regulatory authorities, Central Public Administrations, regional and local governments, staff of international organizations, NGOs and consultancies engaged in the design and implementation of regulatory reforms.
The course lasts two weeks and is articulated in three parts:
- theoretical module;
- industry analysis and case studies;
- site-visits and working groups.
