About Program

Sip Chianti wine; taste ancient prosciuttos; and photograph mountains and volcanoes: Welcome to Europe's most biodiverse country.

Explore Europe's most biodiverse country through culinary classes, visual immersions, anthropological symposia, and a memorable biographical journey.

This program is designed for candidates who wish to explore one of Europe's most ancient, biodiverse, and rich countries through an itinerary-based course, which covers the most contrasting scenarios: from Europe's highest snowy mountains to active volcanoes. Depending on their majors and concentrations, candidates will choose from various cross-listed courses that span from culinary arts, nutrition, marketing, and humanities, thus benefiting from a unique multidisciplinary learning experience.

This program is moreover designed to be fully customizable, providing one-to-twelve week-long programs and three-to-fifteen transferable credits.
