Students will graduate as mechanical engineers, and will be eligible for employment in all areas of industry, not only in research and development, but also production and operations. The course leads to a qualification as Bachelor of Science according to international standards.

The B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering degree course is intended to impart essential knowledge of natural sciences and engineering subjects. An interest in science and technology is therefore a prerequisite for the course.

The bachelor course is oriented toward basic knowledge and methods, but it also gives students their first introduction to more advanced technical subject matter. The program offers graduates a solid grounding for a successful professional career, since it imparts principles, concepts and methods that are well founded in theory. These will endure for the long term, beyond current sector trends, and provide students with the expertise to assimilate new knowledge at any time.
