A foreign student may be admitted as a new freshman or as a transferee subject to rules governing the transfer. Dual citizens must choosing to be considered as Filipinos, submit prior to admission a copy of the order of the Identification Certificate issued by the Bureau of Immigration. They are also required to enroll in the National Service Training Program.
