Graduate Diamond Studies in Russia

We invite you to the fascinating project, which includes in its program the whole way of sorting and processing of diamonds to the transition to a sparkling diamond jewelry. They will cut a diamond in a factory in the actual working environment and make the jewelry piece (e.g. ring) in a jewelry laboratory of the Department of Gems and Precious Metals Processing Technology under the guidance of experienced cutters and jewelers. NEFU is the only university in Russia that trains personnel for the entire diamond pipeline segment, from exploration and mining, selling and cutting diamonds, to jewelry production and sale (to jewelry retail under the brands of Yakut companies).
