Salary / Benefits
Language Link teachers receive a competitive salary, company paid income tax, free accommodation, reimbursed airfare, paid holiday and sick time, provision of medical services, full visa support/ work permissions and on-going academic support from our Directors of Studies and Academic Director. Teachers who remain in employment for three years are eligible to take a free DELTA Program.

About Program

Every year Language Link, Russia offers extensive TEFL employment opportunities to around 200 native English speakers. Good starter school

LL is a safe bet for new teachers, or teachers who aren't sure about Russia. The program is strong and with many centers, location is flexible. Travel in the in-company department is more than most people would like, but all travel is reimbursed, and pay is higher for teachers in this dept. With good review, pay is increased steadily from contract to contract, making your contributions feel valued the longer you stay. Any position can be a DoS track as well, with LL sometimes covering any further certification costs.

What would you improve about this program?
More follow up for interns that help them improve lesson plans. DoS is available for help, but could be more proactive.
