Melissa is a passionate advocate for international exchange and communication. Melissa has been studying Chinese language and culture for over 10 years, with four of those years in China as a student, translator, freelance writer, and teacher. She has written for publications in China such as eChinacities, the Nanjinger, and Map Magazine. Her personal and professional goals are to continue her career in international education and writing while acting as a cultural and linguistic liaison for an increasingly connected world.
