Valerie is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Creative Writing at Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand. She has published her writing online or in print with Permafrost, Forage, Capital, Headland, Drunken Boat (Anomaly), The Seattle Review, Blunderbuss, Anomalous Press, Hunger Mountain, and Apt.
