About Program
Early childhood education and community reconstruction in Angola.
Volunteer Vacations is a connection between people who want to transform traditional vacations into a possibility to do something with purpose in different countries. We are at more than 30 countries and we have managed to partner with some of the most important NGOs in the world to be able to offer the training of people with more variable profiles to live an experience capable of combining personal performance with collaboration in an important cause for the our planet.
About 70% of the population of Angola lives on less than two dollars a day, while life expectancy and infant mortality rates in the country remain among the worst in the world. It was through contact with this scenario, that our partner founded the NGO in 2006, restructuring to the lives of local residents, offering education to Angolan children. You can act in a variety of ways to help rebuild the lives of children and the entire local community!
