About Program

Spend 6 weeks volunteering in the Bolivian Amazon looking after rescued animals as well as help improve the infrastructure of the animal sanctuaries.

Our local project partners work tirelessly against the illegal black market trade of wild animals but need as much help as possible.

Our teams of (max) 15 volunteers can make a massive difference over 6 weeks helping directly with these animal sanctuaries. We will be heading deep into the Bolivian Amazon, living in basic conditions, eating delicious fresh food and doing something amazing!

Our day of is spent back in civilisation with Wifi to catch up with the world, however, this is the perfect project for people looking to disconnect and spend time immersed in nature.

This program is currently not being promoted on Go Overseas by its provider. Check with Quest Overseas for the most up-to-date information regarding the status of this program.

Program Impact

We look closely at our short term AND long term impact. The enclosures and infrastructure we construct are designed to survive at the very least 20 years- the (normal) full life span of a rescued puma or jaguar.

Our short term impact for the rescued animals is incredible. A happy, positive person can help ensure these abused animals are relaxed and stress-free.
