We’re searching for passionate and dedicated volunteers to join us in one of South America’s most beloved surf spots! ‘Surf and Help’ is a volunteer program created by surfers, for surfers—as well as for those who want to learn to surf and anyone eager to protect nature and the ocean’s breathtaking beauty. Be part of our mission: guard our beaches, keep the sea clean, restore vibrant coral reefs, and rescue endangered giant sea turtles from disappearing forever.

Immerse yourself in the world of surfing, experience life in Ecuador, and discover the incredible marine life of the Pacific coast!
