About Program
The objective of the NCBA CLUSA Farmer-to-Farmer program in El Salvador is to support Salvadoran cooperatives in leveraging their competitive advantage to meet growing demand for organic tropical food products in the United States. Through this support, cooperatives will have the opportunity to increase the quality and volume of their production for new markets.
NCBA CLUSA is looking for American farmers and agribusiness professionals to support farmers in El Salvador. We are currently recruiting volunteers who have the knowledge and expertise to provide training on the export process for organic cashew or coffee to cooperatives in El Salvador.
