About Program
Volunteers/interns take part in a wide range of conservation program on, wildlife, marine ecology and forest conservation program in Kenya. Volunteers can choose from rain forest conservation, Coastal marine life conservation expedition and Wild life protection and conservation of engendered species.
Tropical Volunteers, work with the government of Kenya to place volunteers/interns in different conservation projects of their choice or tailor made.
The projects are in kakamenga rain forest, Olpajeta conservancy, Kenya marine and Fisheries program and Kisumu lake basin conservation and protection projects.
All the projects are well funded and well equipped to fit the level of international conservation program under WWF and UNDP on millennium development goals. Also accredit ion is offered for internship. Volunteers /interns can do all the three conservation projects in one or more months.

Program Impact
Minimize waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible;
Meet all environmental legislation and regulation requirements that relate to the wildlife industry;
Actively promote reducing, reusing and recycling of waste both internally and among st our the public and stakeholders;
Promote the use of Eco-friendly and efficient technologies in our present and future expansion and diversification of tourism and conservation activities;
Minimize GHG emissions through the maintenance and management of fleet and energy/power conservation;
Implement a training program for the staff to raise awareness of environmental issues and enlist their support in improving the organizations performance;
Audit and review our environmental performances for continuous improvement;
