About Program
Our Fellowship and volunteer program is brand new and something we are very excited about starting. Thuso Centre would not be where it is today if it weren't from the help of others. We are currently reaching out to hospitals, universities and other NGOs across the world to partner with us and create a sustainable and successful program. This is an unpaid position but we do offer our volunteers/fellows free room and board. Lunches and dinners are also provided, but if you wish to cook on your own, a stove with appliances will also be available. We are currently looking for sponsors or private donors to help lessen your travel expenses to and from Lesotho, but at this time, we are unfortunately unable to help. Please read the information below and if you have questions, please do not hesitate to ask.
Consider your impact: Volunteering abroad can be a rewarding experience for both volunteers and local communities, and at Go Overseas, we believe all volunteers should have the resources to make informed decisions about the type of volunteer project they want to partake in. However, despite best intentions, some organizations offering placements in orphanages may unknowingly place children in danger.
